Synopsis of Code 8 (film)
In the early 20th century, the public became aware of people with superhuman abilities, known as Powers, resulting in the government passing a law requiring all Powers to register their abilities. Although they were initially popular in the workforce, as the Third Industrial Revolution began, Powers were marginalized in the face of increasing mechanization, leading to severe prejudice.
