Sarath Kumar, better known by his stage name Appani Sarath is an Indian actor, dancer, and producer who has appeared in Malayalam and Tamil films since he started his acting career.
Officially, Appani Sarath started his acting career in 2017 with the film "Angamaly Diaries" in the leading role of Appani Ravi and made his acting debut in the Malayalam film entertainment industry. In 2023, he was cast in six films back to back in leading and supporting roles.
The same of his acting debut in 2017, Appani Sarath got married to Reshma now the couples have a child.
When Appani Sarath did the film "Velipadinte Pusthakam", he won more than two awards and nominations including a Filmfare Awards South nomination as Best Supporting Actor – Malayalam.
