The Secret of Us series follows the romantic love story between Doctor Lada and Earn. Lada alias is an angel doctor who was left with a scar on her heart by her previous relationship. Lada reunites with Earn, her ex-girlfriend who hurt her heart the worst when she became a new presenter for the hospital where she works.
